I've been developing applications that change industries for nearly 20 years. neuFund Manager is my best work to date. But I don't market my applications myself - and I don't like running software companies - because I prefer to concentrate on developing innovative software.
What is software worth?
When Dan Bricklin created VisiCalc in 1979 it revolutionized PC software and became a reason d'etre for owning a computer. Some have surmized that had he patented the concept, he would now be one of the wealthiest people in the world. What was that software worth?
Software has come far in the last 25 years, but there are still applications being written that push the envelope in functionality, ease-of-use, and usefullness. neuFund Manager is not in the same class as VisiCalc (those are rare and far between). But in terms of what this software suite can save Fund Managers in time, currency, information availability, and IT resources - it is well worth consideration.
